  • How much does your service cost?

    NOTHING!  In many cases, we can find discounts and other promotional offerings that you might not know about. 

  • How does your service work?

    It's simple!  Just fill out the appropriate on-line request form for the type of vacation you wish to book (hotel only, packages, cruise line, land sea package, etc.)  Once we receive your information, we'll try to find the best possible price, and will notify you via email within 2 business days. 

  • Do I have to pay you up front for my vacation?

     Not always. It depends how far in advance you are booking your trip.  The deposit requirements are set by the vacation provider (deposit rates vary based on the resort or package you select).  That deposit is made via Dizlee Travel directly with the vendor.  At no time does Dizlee Travel ever charge your credit card.  This way you are assured that your deposit is applied directly to your vacation at the time of booking.  Again, that payment is made directly to the vendor (hotel, car, airline, cruise, etc...).  

  • I hear horror stories all the time about travel agencies that went out of business and people lost their vacations? What guarantees do I have doing business with you?

    Since we don't charge your credit card, and since you never pay Luxury Concierge Travel for your vacation, you will never have to worry about this. When making your reservations, you provide us with your credit card information for booking. We, in turn, provide that information to the vendor (cruise, hotel, car, airlines, etc...). They then charge your card. This way you are assured that every payment you make towards your vacation is applied directly to your reservation.

  • How is it possible that you can provide these services free of charge?

    We make our money through commissions paid to us by the vendors.  The price you pay is the same, whether you book through them directly, or through Dizlee Travel.  

  • Why should I use your service?

    There are several reasons to use my service.  First, if you are booking through Dizlee Travel I constantly check to see if new deals are being offered that would lower your rates.  Second, we will handle all of your planning and take the stress away from you.  I will provide you with a detailed itinerary, customized to your needs. Not to mention the other promotions that I may be running during that time. 

  • What promotions are you currently running?

    There are a few promotions that I am running right now. The first one is if you book any vacation package you get $100 off.   The second one is if you book any Disney vacation package (Cruises are included) you get a $200 gift card, which you can use towards your final payment  The third one which is always ongoing if you refer your friends and family to me I will pay you $25 cash when they book their trip.
